Favorite Fall Pick

With the summer heat in our rear-view mirror and cooler temps on the horizon, we are finally reaching in to our closets for fall fashion pieces. Thank you, autumn, for your stunning colors and hues that naturally influence our wardrobes this season, but for those of us looking to keep our look updated and fresh we cast an eye to the runway for current style trends.  

Checks and plaid are runway-strong. along with leather, oversized bags, blanket coats and prairie-inspired looks. 

Hands down, the showstopper and my personal favorite must-have for updating our appearance is animal print. No question, leopard is at the top of the list, but don’t be afraid to play with other exotic prints, like zebra stripes, for example.

For some, the thought of styling animal print and patterns can be overwhelming. After all, we do not want to be mistaken for a cast member of The Lion King.  Adding a simple scarf, a pair of pumps, a handbag or belt is the perfect way to instantly achieve a current, chic updated look.
